Infosys Ltd on Friday said its audit committee has found no evidence of financial impropriety or executive misconduct, virtually giving a clean chit to chief executive officer Salil Parekh and chief financial officer Nilanjan Roy. The two had been accused by anonymous whistleblowers of rigging the balance sheet and unethical practices by the top management.
